Field of interest:
imlab - research laboratory at the «Automated systems of information processing
and management» department of OmSTU engaged in theoretical and practical developments
in the field of simulation. The field of scientific interest includes simulation,
the theory of discrete optimization and forecasting, theory of programming, data
mining, data compression methods, systems analysis.
What we do:
Major areas:
- research in the field of simulation;
- development of simulation models (AnyLogic 6, Repast Symphony,
GPSS World), applications in the field of simulation, support, consulting;
- development of libraries for simulation systems (AnyLogic 6, Repast Symphony).
Minor areas:
- development of data compression methods and tools;
- development of desktop-applications (C++, C#, VisualBasic,
Java);
- development of web-applications (PHP, ASP.NET, JavaEE).
We use following development tools:
- AnyLogic 6;
- Repast Symphony;
- GPSS World;
- Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 EE;
- NetBeans, Eclipse
